This Room was as bad as everything else in the house.

The roof had major water Damage so we had to remove and install new dry wall with a new light fixture. 

The room also had a non functional closet, It was too small to fit anything and it also had dead space next to it with a non working ac wall unit and a huge water heater tank that did not work!. We knocked down the closet and installed the washer and dryer in that corner with a new tankless water heater above it (we actually have saved on our electricity bill with this).

Replaced all the dry walls and added a french door to open up the space, tile and Baseboard.

This is a mutli-Purpose Room.
