Well... if we can not find our dream home we will stay in our current home for the next couple of years and make it work.
We really want to buy our 3 bedroom 2 bath pool home with a nice size yard that we can call home. It has been a tough time trying to find this without violations to the house or another person looking for their dream home has already put a contract on the house.
Here are some things that I would want to do to our current home if we decide to stay there....

Sand and paint our kitchen cabinets to a lighter color, maybe an antique white.
